I always felt Mickey Klutts was an unfortunate name for a ballplayer.

My favorite of all time, mentioned in the OP, is Phenomenal Smith. Classic!

I've also noticed that recent MLB drafts have features some pretty interesting names at first overall:

2015 - Dansby Swanson
2019 - Adley Rutschman
2020 - Spencer Torkelson
