Don't collect or study Horse Racing tickets but 3 have sold on Ebay in the last 3 years, and all 3 in similar condition to the one at Heritage.

Feb 2024 - $2350 - PSA1
Oct 2023 - $655 - ungraded but the winner graded it and its the one that went at Heritage, so nice profit indeed.
Feb 2023 - $1800 - no pix no mention of graded

So inconclusion I'd say the one at Heritage went a little high, but about right, thus probably sold to a collector as opposed to a reseller......or it's a dumb reseller.
