Bulk lots are more and more challenging to find unless they are beater commons from early Topps or Bowman sets.
It looks like the AHs are looking at the $$ associated with individual cards. Why sell them in bulk when they can get good individual prices. It does make starting older sets a bit more difficult because back in the day you could get a bulk lot and then start piecing the set together. Different time in the hobby when people collected to collect.
