LOL, nothing that interested me. From a pre-war perspective I'll take LOTG, REA, HA, or Brockelman over this any time.

I like the lots that have the estimated closing prices "upon request." They're so exclusive that they don't dare put the number on the printed page. It's just too special for regular folks. You must make the effort of a phone call, get directed to the correct department and then in hushed tones you're told the 150K estimate for the 1933 SGC 9 Gehrig that takes less than 10 seconds to figure out on VCP.

And I see I need to upload my ID in order to bid in their auctions. Can I send a picture of my D instead?

I've been looking to spend 10k or more on a Jasson Dominguez red refractor.

My ship has come in.

Here I figured all of the Mantle fans would be all in on that Tip Top Bread piece. Get it while it's hot!

The Holy Grail, if it truly exists, has never been found. Baseball cards and associated memorabilia is/are most certainly not the Holy Grail. Maybe here on this earthly plain of existence, but that's it.

I believe this is exactly why the OP identified this auction as the 'Holly Grail' in his title, just so there would be no confusion of biblical proportions.

They have a strict policy of ID-pix only. D-pix will not be accepted.

That's because it has to be at least 500 pixels long.

Yep. It’s pathetic. Not your D pic threat but not showing the price estimates.

Well I looked and you're registered but have never bid so I'll hold off on having my feelings hurt

I think my favorite item is the 1st Edition Charizard CSG 10 with the MBA sticker. So Mike Baker is saying it's at the top of the grade for a 10???

I think my favorite is that a card of Tim Duncan apparently has an estimate of $200,000-$300,000.

I guess if he gets paid enough he’ll say anything is at the top of the grade.
