No longer own one, but PSA only has about 80 graded and as a newspaper give-away in 1954, there can't be too many floating around. (one pictured is not mine)

And one more that I longer own, another newspaper give-away from 1958. Only 7 graded by PSA. (one pictured is not mine)

Looks like the 1958 SF Call Bulletin (with stub) to me.

Unless I’m reading the PSA pop charts wrong, they have it down for pop 45 with the stub, and only pop 7 without the stub. Of course, it seems like those that have the stub could be modified to lose the stub pretty easily.

I would have thought the "no stub" version would be considered trimmed or altered and not given a numberical grade. Is that how they handle Zeenuts as well - with coupon and with out?

Can’t say that I know much about how PSA approaches Zeenuts. Naturally, our friends at the TPGs tend to make a lot of judgment calls like this. It does seem like part of the story here has to be that there is perforation where the bottom stub was intended to be detached. So I guess that means it’s not necessarily trimmed, but rather just used for its intended purpose?

SGC gives a numerical grade to the 1958 Hires Root Beer test cards that no longer have their tabs:
