Picked this up today at the Moeller show in Cincinnati. My first double-name that's different at the top - and a pretty good name to have!

Just picked this one off of eBay and I have to say this card wasn't easy to find a toughie for sure. Getting close to completing my 1910 Obak Vancouver Beaver's sub-set. Happy to add this one to my PC.

A cautionary tale on historical pricing on rare stuff... I started collecting WG1 game cards a few years ago and have a handful now. I got this Nash in Hakes for $389 and someone else won the Bassett in a 5 holder for $392.
I won with my marker bid and was underbidder with my marker bid. I missed the last day of the auction and could not bid. I would have gone higher on Bassett. The cards sold for almost the same price even though the Bassett is in much nicer condition. I guess I could say Nash was a better player, but not by a whole lot.

Delighted when Mr. Gilmore arrived today after vanishing for 10 days.
Seller mailed it on the 17th. USPS tracking showed that a tracking number had been created. Emailed seller on the 24th, to inform him that USPS tracking stopped after label created. I now have both the catchers in the set, and as luck would have it, the Hub Gilmore is missing the tax date stamp, whereas, the Joe Walsh T209-1 has the tax date stamp.
