Definitely a card that is frequently seen in nicer condition like yours (which is in top notch grade - not an official grading company designation, but still valid in my opinion).
It is likely neither company has graded ones that are both 1)in such low condition, and 2)were rescued out of a dumpster (but not by me) like the ones seen below. Brian
