Burdick Letter
Last paragraph first page…. “ Picking up small wants at good high rates is a loss of money as a rule. I get one occasionally and try to take it if I can get it right but most owners want about 10 times the real value.” Things haven’t really changed that much LOL 😂

REA Listings
I was looking through the Catalog of this years REA Spring Auction and saw another 1939 copy listed. The listing mentioned a recent sale of the catalog in Summer of 2024 going for a total of $5,140. I had no idea the catalog was THAT desired!
