Nap Rucker and Ed Reulbach...perhaps because they were both 'R' pitchers prominently featured in many 1910 era sets together.

Hal Smith and Hal Smith, both played for ten years concurrently in the late 50s and early 60s. Both were catchers. They were both only special to their mothers.

Some GM of one of their teams should have seen the unique opportunity and traded for the other.
