Last deal I had like that had between 15,000-20,000 junk wax cards, about 80% of the load. Crap like a 5,000 count box of Pro Set FB (and only 1 Belichick RC). I paid him for the earlier cards and agreed to haul the rest away for free. I couldn't even give them away to my local card store; the owner said he already had a trailer of them. I ended up pulling a small stack of big names just for fun and tossing the rest of them into the recycle bin.
A few weeks ago at a flea market, I bought an 800# box that was about 50% junk wax and 50% 1970s. Again, I ended up pulling the stars and tossing the junk wax into the recycle bin. Even if it is junk wax and not worth penny sleeves, I just can't bring myself to chuck cards of all-time greats, but I've come around to recycling the rest.
