Key Chains
After many years, I'm really happy to learn the origins of these key chains! I've accumulated the 12 pictured over a few decades and know of 11 more. The players in this series that I have, or know of, only intersected with their respective teams from May 16th, 1949, when Bob Ramazzotti was acquired in a trade with the Dodgers, to June 15th, when both Harry Walker and Peanuts Lowery were traded to the Cincinnati Reds. Hi Rob!
Unfortunately, of the 23 I know exist, there are no Giants. Here are the players/teams. I cut and pasted this so they are only in order by the ones I have on top and others known on the bottom. I don't recall the Yankee player but remember seeing one for sure. Seems to be a Cub heavy promotion... I had a Washington Senators SS Sam Dente at one time, and have perhaps seen another Washington player or two. Dente for sure, with yellow plastic.
