Very interesting and not surprising about Modern cards

Would love to see if someone did something like that for the top Vintage Baseball Cards to see what or how things are trending

Yeah, this. ↑

Most of us are 'normal' collectors buying 'normal' vintage cards that can be expensive, but not King Midas worthy. How about an assessment of the values of middle ground Mays, Aaron, Clemente, Mantle, HOF rookies, etc., cards from the 50's through the 70's? That would speak to a lot more people than all of this weird, top-shelf, modern garbage stuff.
