There's certainly not much info on this china, but it appears that 2 different makers used this same design for Pennant Cafe (which appears to be the common thread here).
The Pennant Cafe was located in the basement of the Sexton Hotel and the adjoining Dixon Hotel (the Kling-Allen Building) in Kansas City, Mo. Apparently the entire restaurant was decked out in Baseball-themed decor. It must have been a sight to behold. This Pennant Cafe China has been attributed to both Beamish Glass Ware and Shenango Pottery of New Castle, PA. The Shenango examples are thought to be circa 1910, according to an article I found. So perhaps Beamish was a secondary supplier, or both companies were contracted to produce this Baseball-themed china at different points in time.
