$220 was a good deal back then. $350 - $400 was a more typical price. These "mystery maker" pieces don't surface often, and are rarer than the Stanford Pottery, Gibbs Conner and Bobblehead counterparts.
Not as many people know about these, so it's difficult to state the "going price". It's one of those pieces that could go as low as $200 or as high as $750, depending on the auction venue, who sees it and who is bidding. If I were selling it outright, I would set the price at $499 and be open to best offers. Hope this is helpful. |
