You have to hope he kept records so that maybe they can track down some of the fake material he sold to unsuspecting customers and get it out of circulation.

Are there any photos of the cards in the article? I'm wondering how fake the cards were.

"Kennert told agents he had decided to stop committing crimes."

As we all do, when we're about to get it from the Feds.

I thought this part was odd/funny.

"Mr. Kennert acknowledged he felt very sorry about his past mistakes," his lawyer wrote in a sentencing memo.

Kennert told agents he had decided to stop committing crimes.

"He had a morale change, and he burned most of the counterfeit items from China," his lawyer wrote.

I think they mean "moral" change. Although I'm sure his morale is worse after being arrested. And I think burning the counterfeit items is called "covering your trail".

"Your honor, my client is innocent. He's burned most of the evidence."

Every January, I "commit" to work out more.

Never quite works out how I planned.

I see that we share the same workout routine. Every year, I tell myself I should do more than cardio, and never do.

Based on the number of people I see running outside in the first week of January, I'd wager that most people get a decent start. Of course, by the first week of February, those crowds are thinned pretty dramatically.
