Absolutely love Threads like this. Great to see all those fantastic Cobb's. Mine is nothing much, but it's the only one I have (for now). Solid registration and deep color...I personally don't think it was trimmed at the top, but SGA did (shrug).

Sadly, I believe he was a shitbag of a human. I own zero Cobb cards, and never will.

You should educate yourself on the good things he did instead of believing "stories", the hospital he started and funded for his community is now one of the Largest health care providers in the area, not to mention the letter writing campaigns to get his peers in the hall of fame, unbeknownst to them. Also the financial support he provided for his teammates when they were down on their luck.
But I'm sure he's just "racis" like the pearl clutching sjw crowd wants to portray him...

I hate to engage with Snowman but even a modest attempt at research would help catch you up to speed on Cobb’s actual story.

That’s his Schtick, throw out a controversial comment and see who bites. I bet he was pretty good at taking the opposing argument in debate class.

You've likely been duped by the sensationalistic media, especially by Cobb's ghostwriter, Al Stump, who made up wholesale lies about him to help sell copies of the book. Charles Leerhsen, on the other hand, did some very thorough research, which led him to the truth of Ty Cobb, and the publishing of "Ty Cobb - A Terrible Beauty."

Not the highest grade but one of my favorites. I believe the Detroit Free press postcards were all cut from a single sheet, and never made it to local distribution.
