Highest Graded Cobb in Your Collection
1 Attachment(s)
I may have had a personal breakthrough in my ability (inability) to post scans. Here goes:
I like this card for a number of reasons; First, it comes from the somewhat elusive Rogers Peet set, features Cobb in a rare fielding pose and shows him in an A's uniform, without the familiar D. |
Nice grass.

(Adelaide): Slowly introduce him to the better things; respectable, conservative, and clean

I typically do not collect high grade…this is my highest graded cobby.

Since I like my cards non-graded, I have to go with my highest grated Cobb card.

Yes, correct Ryan! Did well, but certainly wish I still had it.
Valuable lesson about “holding”. :) |

Just this guy. Grateful I got it before prices went out of control, and glad to still have it

A three-way tie. I don't think I have too many pre-war cards graded higher than five. When I bought these Cobbs fifteen years ago they were affordable.

Especially love the T205, I've been wanting to add a T205 Cobb to my collection for awhile now. |

What's the most expensive Cobb in any grade? W600? or may be Ty Cobb back?

No, this did not come from the Black Swamp...

Scott's W600 will take the cake in this thread... and a ton of nice Cobby's otherwise... Not too high of a grade here, but nice looking for the grade (as they say)... The wrinkle looking blemish on the lower right is only a paper scratch, same look though . https://luckeycards.com/cobb3.jpg |

Back in the days or years ago....i have come across some Cobbs.
The highest i believe was the 2.5 Cobb (red) last year to a fellow N54. I still have a Cobb (green) 1.5 from a N54. and love to show a oddball in here.......1916-20 UNC Big Heads which i also got from a N54. |

Here is another halfway decent Cobb "E" card example... |
Your E95 is a beauty!
The only Cobb currently in my collection. https://i.ibb.co/0fh9xJk/11813-70598...20-190-285.jpg |
Not my highest graded but by far my best looking.
