Back in the 1940s, Ted Williams, who hated the shape of baseball caps, said,
They make us look like we have bean heads."

Perhaps, but they made more sense than the big honkin' hats the players are wearing today.

Oh, and you will never, not ever, find a shot of Sunny Jim Bottomley where his hat is sitting straight on his head.
