That's an Aronson Match Striker. Have never heard that it was attributed to representing Wagner. But I have seen the piece in a few auctions, portrayed as a Babe Ruth piece (probably erroneously).
I think that in reality, it is just a cartoonish Batter depiction that's generic in nature. Quite tough to find in decent condition, especially complete with its striker at the top. The Base Plate is often missing as well. That's just a terrific early Baseball Figural piece. Sorry to get off-topic.... back to Pins!
