Davalillo, Naranjo and Stewart all played in the Washington Senators organization. The flannel fits the style as well save for the lack of a W. I would bet if you use a black light you can see the old W outline. Not sure where DeMars would fit in here as he never played for the Washington organization as far as I can tell (maybe a spring training invite one year?). Below you can find the link to an eBay pic of Davalillo to see the jersey style.

Thank you all for your input and help.
I dont have access to a black light, but to me it doesnt appear that rhwre was a letter in place there are a few Pieces of patch like cotton on the inside, perhaps to cover a hole or two Last edited by daves_resale_shop; 10-20-2021 at 03:22 AM. |

So if those players were all in the Senators organization then it had to be one of the Stewarts i listed above.
You should send it off to Bill Henderson. He does professional restoration and authentication on jerseys. He would be able to tell you if it had a number change and what it was before. As well as restore the W or Washington on the front of the jersey. https://thedream.shop/get-started/ Bill does amazing work. Andy |

Bunky Stewart was with Washington in 1954 and was issued #32. It looks like you can see the "W" on the left chest area - the uniform seems to have an outline where it isn't faded.

They're super easy to find in the southwest, because campers use them to spot scorpions at night. |
