There's a fun similarity between the DS Frisch and the Goudey Hornsby, particularly with the two players having been traded for each other.

I have also always loved this set, and been intrigued by the quirks described by Ted, Jason and others. For anyone interested in a quick study of the backs and how best to determine the year of issue, here is a sample of what the 1934, 1935 and 1936 cards look like for 3 of the low numbers.
