I guess I'm going to be the only one to say it, but I think whoever did the work on this card actually did a pretty good job. PSA definitely still should have detected it. But strictly from an aesthetic standpoint, I think the card looks nicer now.

And the sad thing is the potential buyer perhaps, or more likely than not, knowing the card has been improved to a much sweeter 1 than previously, now has the new standard for a 1 and when they go to sell, a profit is locked in.

In all my years in the hobby, I've never seen such corruption as is the case today. Comparatively speaking, before the advent of TPG'ers there was peace in the valley and then along came Mastro and his band of merry men. Everything seems to have gone pear shaped.

I've heard it said that "hell" is personalized to the individual. Whatever would most torment their soul is the agony to which they'll be subjected.

Hopefully, "card doctor hell" is a endless process of:

• repeatedly submitting cards
• experiencing longer turnaround times with each sub
• always getting an Auth grade.
