So, Eric, do you think it is the image size that confounds people? I admit to only using computer files, so I guess if most posters are using a phone, is it that much more difficult to get the image size or file type to meet the requirements?

Since there are so many different programs out there, it stands to reason some would be more user-friendly than others. Edited to add: the file type can also be an issue. Some users don't know the difference between jpg, gif, and other types...much less how to change them from one format to another.
