Sad state of affairs. If it isn't a dequel, prequel, reboot, etc, people won't watch it I guess.

Oh Man Animal House! It blows away any type of remake, ie Old School, etc.

However, I did like Back to School

Thanks for the responses. I have been hoping to identify some outstanding lesser-known movies to check out. Here's two more movies that popped into my mind:
