Aaron Burr was the original card doctor, trimming, coloring, working on corners, playing all the angles to achieve money, fame, and power. He was the most corrupt of the founders, and guilty of treason against all that the others held dear.
When asked, on his deathbed, if he thought he was destined for heaven, Burr replied, "On that subject I remain coy."
