This card was an original owner card recently found. I had it next. The card is UNTOUCHED, UNTAMPERED, UNALTERED with FULL Borders. It could still have a quaifier I guees like ST or MK but it should not come back Altered. I believe they would assume the original "taper" did this non maliciously. I have sent well over a thousand cards to PSA over the years. It is not altered. Very nice but not altered!

I always love the MC or the OC qualifiers when you ask for "No Qualifiers". I mean.......its pretty obvious that its not centered. Why would you need to put that? lol

Going with PSA 1 but a card with great eye appeal.

I found an old thread that discussed "tape stains" and it seemed the general consensus was that it was ultra rare and possibly unheard of to get a 3. Usually an Authentic 1 or higher depending on eye appeal. If they used qualifiers maybe it could go a bit higher? Not sure.

Thanks for all the guesses. Not sure if any grades are left but I'm sure there are some combos that have not been guessed! Good luck!

You can say that all you want, but tape on the card is consider ALTERED.

That made me laugh out loud Chris. I know the Brooklyn Dodgers had Hilda Chester but not sure of any large Cleveland Indian female fans?

The card is being overnighted to me as we speak! I am resisting looking at the grade as I want to see it fresh out of the box! Anticipation!!!
