I purchased a privately-created 1965 World Series set a few years ago. I'll hunt for it and post images once I find it.
As a Koufax fanatic, I was always looking for one and wondering why there had not been one. You can count on the amazing girth of hobby knowledge on the board to provide the answer...bravo! .
