Are you wishing to sell it soon? If so, send to PSA and request no qualifiers. Probably a 5, maybe a 6 as a guess.
If you're not trying to sell it in the next year or so, just leave it raw. There's no real point in grading a card that you're planning on keeping. Who knows what the grading game will look like down the road and in order to maximize value at that time, you may have to grade it again.

Sgc now accounts for centering in their overall grade. I say just psa it with NO qualifiers
