I pm'd with the buyer. I think we chalk this one up to a mistake. I don't think the seller was trying to get out of the sale as much as he didn't know what to do because he doesn't have a checking account. That said, funds could have been PP to someone with a checkbook that would write a check ( I* can always help in these types of matters.) to Octavio.....Buyer has been asked to be more careful in the future.
