Over the past several years I have purchased at least a dozen items from Octavio. His auction descriptions always clearly states that payment is by check.

He is easy to deal with, packages his items well, and ships quickly.

I don't know miamifinfan13 and I have never done any business with him, but he clearly didn't read the description.

I just sent him a PM. That isn't going to fly on this forum.....

I pm'd with the buyer. I think we chalk this one up to a mistake. I don't think the seller was trying to get out of the sale as much as he didn't know what to do because he doesn't have a checking account. That said, funds could have been PP to someone with a checkbook that would write a check ( I* can always help in these types of matters.) to Octavio.....Buyer has been asked to be more careful in the future.

If miamifinfa13 is the is the same person as his Linkedin profile. It's kind of hard to believe. It say's he's a Vice President of Engineering for a manufacturing company. :confused:

Its cool im sure hes a good person ,, No big deal.ill take the blame ,,he didnt have a checking account oh well.as leon would say happy collecting ,,and never ever hold grudges ever.
