Octavio
Over the past several years I have purchased at least a dozen items from Octavio. His auction descriptions always clearly states that payment is by check.
He is easy to deal with, packages his items well, and ships quickly. I don't know miamifinfan13 and I have never done any business with him, but he clearly didn't read the description.
