A Slew of Fake M101-5s on COMC ?

Rich, I had an Exhibit Lou Gehrig that I sent in thinking REPRINT (this board thinks it's very likely a REPRINT) and am having it sent to back to me. COMC listed it as authentic and if it turns about to be a reprint by PSA, etc. I could have "flipped" in on COMC for 1K+ at someone's misfortune if I were unscrupulous.....

Also, on the vintage side, it does not appear that COMC employees can tell the difference between a miscut and trimmed card. I have several dollar type miscut cards listed on there deemed TRIMMED which ARE NOT. For example, miscut cards with portion of other cards they tagged them as TRIMMED--makes no sense.

As I'm 2000 miles away I don't know everything that is going on in the home office but you can always ask for a condition review and we can always take a 2nd or 3rd look or as many as it takes to see if we can take the extra deep dive to verify your cards.

Ever since this "scandal" broke we're always going to err on the side of caution and we will continue to do so. But put in a correction request for a condition review on ANY of your cards and we will take a second look. And if it from a group of cards in the same submission, you can also send an email to staff@comc.com and then CC me on any email you send as well.
