Yes there is but regardless the buyer who thought he got a great deal is safe. There are clear terms of 30 days for a refund.

Berenstain is the correct spelling, unfortunately, but I and most of the world feel like it should be the way you spelled it from our childhood. We supposedly have been affected by the Mandela Effect.
