I was thinking of doing a back run of this Schaefer pose, but decided not to because I have too many other projects. I've recently sold 3 of these, but the 2 Croft's cards are available - PM or email me if interested. ekehl333@aol.com

Default Germany Schaefer's "called shot" of his Walk-Off HR in 1906....show some of his cards

The T206 Schaefer (Detroit) card is a 150/350 Series subject. Furthermore, it is one of 11 subjects in the set we refer to as the "Elite 11".
This T206 was printed with only two 350 series backs, PIEDMONT 350 and El PRINCIPE de GALES (EPDG), both of which are quite scarce.

The 150 Series backs normally associated with the Elite 11 subjects....(Note....Schaefer was NOT printed with brown HINDU)

Hey guys,

I am reiterating my previous question here regarding the Schaefer (Washington) card......does any one on this forum have (or have seen) this card with an EPDG back ?

I have never seen an EPDG back on this Schaefer card in my 40 years of collecting T206 cards.

Thanks in advance for your inputs,

TED Z
