I think he's talking about a panel of three. I don't see any PSA graded panels from 1965 Transfers, but have a Koufax 1966 rub-off personally and PSA has graded a few from 1966.

Not salesman samples
Strip folded on top of packs in box for the candy store or drugstore to hang over the box advertising the inserts

Correct. Not looking for panels or real transfers. Love to see other examples of these “ boxtopper “ from the 60s advertising inserts.
