Thanks for sharing. They should get several people filming and asking questions at the same time. Overwhelm them with questions.

Might also be a good idea to inform some of the customers that are milling around there about what is happening in our hobby.

That is a big part of it. I complain about the scum in the hobby all the time but am the nicest person you ever want to meet in person. I will still complain about it but i argue with no one.

Then the first person to start any open complaining will be escorted out of the building.

Then the elephant in the room. Almost every dealer there and every dealer that sells PSA slabs wants it to go away as fast as possible.
