It has a commemorative look to me though I am far from sure. Dating the back stamp will help with the authentication.

Willard Brown postcards that picture him individually from his playing days are very tough to find.
Here is the only one I have in my collection and I believe there are only two copies that exist, the other one is trimmed. (I won this from a RMY Auction a year or two ago.)

It’s a 1952 Dominican Republic issued Carta Real, these were handed out to fans as the leagues “Player of the Week” promotions.
