Default 1952 AAGPBL Contract

Very happy to add this 1952 Ruth Richard AAGPBL players copy of her contract to my Rockford Peaches collection. This is the second 52 contract that I now have.. .....never thought I would ever even own one...let alone two...especially from the same year. The title word "ALL" was discontinued for the 1952 season and the league was now referred to simply as the AMERICAN GIRLS BASEBALL LEAGUE so this contract was printed sometime earlier. They then just darkened out the word "ALL" for use in upcoming years....Both of my contracts are done exactly the same way. Richard was a star catcher for the Peaches for many years.

Flea Market find this morning...38.5 inch ring baseball bat. Pictures don't do the bat justice. Came from northern PA.

Great pick up Ron. That's about the best bat find I have seen in a while.
