Members here always alert everyone when a 15% off coupon goes live, so start scrolling back over the old posts on the main page (it'll take time) and you'll be able to see how often they've happened in the recent past. A couple of months ago there were a couple of 15% off coupons that hit one right after the other (only a couple of days apart, if I remember correctly). That was surprising.

Discover, in four bonus categories that rotate quarterly. The bonus is capped at $1500 each quarter-none of which include eBay. The only uncapped 5 percenter I am aware of is the Chase Amazon Prime CC when you make purchases at Whole Foods. The eBay Mastercard looks pretty good but I have no personal experience with it.

The Target Red Card has a 5% discount on all Target purchases and they sell Ebay gift cards online up to a $200 denomination.
