It’s about time. I am so sick of UPS and the way they handle missed deliveries (with the 3 lame attempts that always occur when you’re gone).

Next, if they’ll do something to address the crushed/mutilated boxes, we’ll be in business!

Sorry to cast a negative vibe on a positive thread. It’s just been brutal lately with the extensive recurring damage and difficulty in successfully making a claim.
