UPS and Fedex service improvements
 

Two things have recently changed with these two carriers (in my area anyway) that are fantastic:

UPS - delivers to a nearby locker area if I miss them, and now has live tracking;i.e-you can see on a map where your delivery truck is located. Since their delivery window is worthless, these two new features are great.

FEDEX-allows me to change delivery location while the item is enroute , to a nearby drugstore that I can walk to.

It's great to be able to report service improvements for these two.

It’s about time. I am so sick of UPS and the way they handle missed deliveries (with the 3 lame attempts that always occur when you’re gone).

Next, if they’ll do something to address the crushed/mutilated boxes, we’ll be in business!

Sorry to cast a negative vibe on a positive thread. It’s just been brutal lately with the extensive recurring damage and difficulty in successfully making a claim. :mad:
