It's probably what, 33-66 L-R centering along with 20-80 T-B centering. Here is the definition for PSA 7:
"Centering must be approximately 70/30 to 75/25 or better on the front, and 90/10 or better on the back." So I would say no. It wouldn't get the same grade today. EX-MT 6 allows for up to 80/20 on the front, so that would probably what it would get today.

Interesting that the slab is SOOO OLD (how old is it?) that it just says 1911 on the slab, not even T206. And definitely not SC 350/30.
On the plus side, it's a Pop 10 (for all backs/brands) with only 3x 8's (1 EPDG, 1 SC/?, and one unknown) above it, and it's likely the highest graded with that specific back. If it was reholdered, it would gain some additional value to registry set collectors.
