Did you open the package in front of a postal employee and/o video the opening? Hopefully Paypal will find in your favor.

I videoed the opening of the package. PayPal doesn't allow video to be uploaded so I had to take screen shots and upload those. But I do have that evidence, yes.

If that's not enough evidence I'm not sure what it would take to win a dispute.
