One appears red, while the other is orange. ...though on the "red" version - the entire card seems darker than its counterpart. (That's a print scratch on the card - not a hair!)

I recently went through a bunch of junk era cards and the 1990 & 1991 Topps vary quite a bit also. You can find some sellers on eBay trying to sell them at huge premiums calling them all sorts of things trying to scam buyers.

I am not sure about currently, but Ben is right that there was a period when several sellers were offering variants of the banners in the 89 set on eBay regularly, and there are a bunch of them. It may be if you look long enough you could find at least some variation in the color on every card in the set.

The 85s have some of that too, particularly in Phillies card banners
