Congrats, Sean!

Sorry that I cost you a few pennies on that one, I guess.

I shifted from that and ended up winning the T214 McGraw.

Some very impressive prices in this auction, to be sure.

Cheers,
Steve

That's a really nice Type 3, Rob, congrats!

My related question is, was anybody surprised at the realized price on the Type 3 Tinker?

Congrats Rob - I ended up with the type 3 Tinker. I was very happy to be asleep by 12:30 last night; I am afraid that will hardly be the case next week when memory lane ends (sometime around 5:30am eastern...).

Steve, just saw your post. Yes, I, as the buyer, was surprised at the price! But I needed it, so consignor got a nice payday.

Default One of three items won

The 50 Bowman and the Topps fit perfectly in my baseball card advertising collection and the pennant was a cherry on top.

Ryan -- I agree with Rob, we've all been there with cards that we need for a project. I was just surprised because it takes two to tango. Sometimes you just wish you could ask.

Thanks for sharing your pickup,
Steve

Great pick up Dave. I was your under bidder on that Marquard (but blew my load on a tinker). Enjoy and let me know if you want to trade for something!

How fleet-a-foot he was before hotdogs!

I've been searching quite a while for a decent Red Cross HOF'er. Lost out on plenty. But finally won. Also won a T206 Merkle Lenox.

Yeah, I thought the presence of three other T214s might lessen the competition for Bresnahan. Nice pick up on the McGraw.
