That looks great! Is the set tough to collect? are there any elusive cards?

Dean, Foxx and Hornsby are the biggest tickets. Blaeholder is a SP. They're out there, you just have to be patient and pay the right price. BINs on EBay are typically high.

I completed both the Tattoo Orbit and DeLong sets---sold them both when I got out of the collecting end of the hobby. The listed shortprints of Andrews and Blaeholder really aren't, it's just based on quantities from an early find. Those numbers evened out over the years. I had a really hard time tracking down Bartell and Lombardi but was eventually successful. Levey (Jewish) gets a significant premium from what I remember. Dean, Foxx and Mack are the high dollar cards. Of note, there are no Senators or Yankees in the set plus a couple others. My set was #2 on an early version of the SGC Registry and I also had a signed card in Grimes. Lombardi was my last card for completion. Nice set and very underrated. I'm quoted throughout this article which gives some more info....http://www.sportscollectorsdaily.com...ble-challenge/

Default Here are a couple

Couple from this nice looking set. And yes, seems undervalued compared to the mass quantity of Goudey's.
