I am not a big buyer on Ebay compared to what is being said in this thread and I won/bought 6 auctions this last quarter for small amounts. But, I received many bonus offers and took advantage of the ones with no minimum purchase amount. I used bonus offers on 3 of my 6 items.
I'm very happy with the 1% no minimum changes. Other than bonus offers, I never reached the $5.00 minimum amount to collect. 1% of something is always more than 2% of nothing. I do realize if you were meeting the minimum, you are losing half of what you would have gotten. Mike
