It's been listed many, many times on ebay. I believe it may be Moses Whitcher Mann, a somewhat prominent Middlesex, MA home builder at the turn of the prior century.
Carl Horner took many, many studio photos of greater Boston area people for quite some time, most were just your normal portrait sittings, although many of Boston's finest families used his services.
