It would be nice if there was a forum where ebay sellers could go to complain about bidders retracting their bids. That way the community could block them as a whole. That works, right? Or can they just change their name and do it again?

they can change their name with new account but feedback would be very small...you can block people under a certain amount of feedback

Looks diamond cut to me..........but then again what do I know? PSA only hires the best graders and they never ever make mistakes.........

IMHO the point is not if its overgraded....
Tilt, blemishes blah blah..... Even if it was
A perfect graded 9....... It's effin 135k!!
So a PSA Gem 10 750k? CRAZY!!

The 1952 Topps Willie Mays, PSA 9, comes from Lionel Carter's set.
