It would be nice if there was a forum where ebay sellers could go to complain about bidders retracting their bids. That way the community could block them as a whole. That works, right? Or can they just change their name and do it again?

they can change their name with new account but feedback would be very small...you can block people under a certain amount of feedback

Yea looks like the auction is loaded. 10s of Ryan and the 56 Mantle too. 52 Mays 9. Some nice 52 Mantles. Definitely will be interesting.
