This is true. There's some new money coming into the hobby and it's chasing after the grade on the holder.

That being said, the card in question is still extremely nice. PSA has increasingly tightened up their grading standards over the past several years. They've also done a considerable amount of work/advertising to promote their services and products. The current prices (this card; elsewhere) are no accident.
